Step inside to find a thoughtfully designed space with all the comforts of home. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with luxurious linens and a picturesque view to wake up to each morning. The bathroom boasts a beautiful tiled walk-in shower, a front-loading washer and dryer, and fresh towels for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook a great meal, from cookware and dinnerware to silverware, a dishwasher, and an ice maker in the freezer. Dine or work remotely at the counter-height table and chair set in the living area. The spacious living room features a comfortable couch for extra sleeping space and a Smart TV, with another Smart TV in the bedroom for entertainment.

Wrigs Ridge is ideal for 2 guests but can accommodate up to 3. A $25 per night fee applies for the 3rd guest, who will use the sectional for sleeping (not a pull-out couch).

🐾Dog-Friendly
A maximum of two dogs is permitted. A $75 pet fee per dog, per stay, applies.
Dogs must be fully potty trained and are not allowed on furniture.

Dogs may not be left unattended. If leaving the property, please take your dog with you or crate them.

⚠️ Important Access Info: The last 0.5 miles to Wrigs Ridge is a gravel/dirt road. Vehicles should have at least 5” of ground clearance to navigate rocks and potholes safely. Lowered sports cars are not suitable. AWD or 4WD is recommended due to the terrain, but not required.

BEFORE YOU BOOK:
• A rental agreement is required at the time of booking. It will be sent immediately after you reserve and must be signed within 48 hours to avoid cancellation.
• A $300 security-deposit hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card 2 days before arrival and released within 5 days after departure, pending no damages.
• Both the rental agreement and the security-deposit hold will be completed through a secure link that begins with: https://orez.io. This link is sent automatically at the time of booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
