Welcome to Site 4 at The Cove at Dick Branch — a back-in, full-of-charm RV and tent site offering a comfortable stay in a peaceful mountain setting with wide-open pasture views. This site is perfect for campers looking for a softer, grass surface instead of gravel, and it comes equipped with 50-amp electrical service and water hookups. While there’s no sewer hookup at the site itself, guests have easy access to the property’s dump station.

One of Site 4’s standout features is the fire ring, perfect for evening campfires, roasting marshmallows, and enjoying the crisp mountain air under a starlit sky. You’ll also have the unique bonus of a small cleared lot just above the campsite, which makes an excellent spot for pitching a tent — whether you’re traveling with additional guests, want a separate sleeping space, or simply enjoy mixing RV camping with a tenting experience.

From your site, you can take in the beauty of the pasture for horses, giving your stay a touch of mountain country charm. The property also offers on-site hiking trails, making it easy to explore the surrounding natural beauty without even getting in your vehicle.

Horse pasture upon request- a rare find for equestrian campers who want to combine riding and camping in a scenic mountain setting. A negative Coggins test is required.

Site 4 is ideal for RVs, campers, and vehicles up to 45 feet, including:

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $5.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $5.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 2 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 2 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
