At approximately 245 sq ft, including both loft sleeping spaces, Bigfoot Bungalow was thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort, function, and charm. This is a true tiny house.
The living room offers a cozy place to relax after a day of exploring Robbinsville and the surrounding mountains. An L-shaped sofa provides comfortable seating, complete with pillows and a blanket. A portion of the sofa pulls out, allowing guests to stretch out, elevate their legs, or settle in for a movie night. A Smart TV is also located in the living room.

Dogs are to stay off all furniture and beds to help keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests.
Please do not leave dogs unattended in the home. If you plan to be out for the day, we ask that you either take your dogs with you or crate them while you’re away.

House Rules:
‣ No parties or events are allowed.
‣ This property is not child or baby-proof.
‣ Only registered guests are allowed overnight.
‣ Do not use the premises for any illegal activity.
‣ No smoking/vaping inside the house. If smoking or vaping outside, guests must be 15 ft away from the entrance and windows and clean up after themselves.
BEFORE YOU BOOK:
• A rental agreement is required at the time of booking. It will be sent immediately after you reserve and must be signed within 48 hours to avoid cancellation.
• A $300 security-deposit hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card 2 days before arrival and released within 5 days after departure, pending no damages.
• Both the rental agreement and the security-deposit hold will be completed through a secure link that begins with: https://orez.io. This link is sent automatically at the time of booking.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
