This back-in site features:

Site 3 is ideal for RVs and campers up to 30 feet, including:

➖ Class A, B, and C RVs
➖ Campervans and vehicles
This site is located near Sites 1 and 2, making it a great choice for families or friends traveling together who want to be close but still have their own space.
Pet-friendly, smoking allowed (please dispose of waste properly), and intended for peaceful enjoyment—we ask that all guests respect their neighbors and the property.

Private Property Reminder: The owner’s home is located on the property but is not open to guests. Please stay within designated campground and trail areas.

✦ Getting There – Road & Access Info ✦
The Cove is a mountainside campground with a steep, gravel access road. For safety:
➖ 4WD is recommended
➖ Good trailer brakes are essential for larger trailers
➖ 4WD is needed if towing a large trailer
➖ 2WD is fine for smaller vehicles not towing
Please plan accordingly for a smooth arrival and departure.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $10.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $10.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 2 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 2 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

This unique mountainside campground is one of the many properties we manage throughout the region, where we specialize in both vacation rentals and rustic outdoor experiences. Whether you’re staying in a cabin or camping under the stars, we aim to provide clean, well-maintained spaces, safe surroundings, and prompt, friendly communication. Graham Property Management is owned by John and Allison, who live locally and know the area well. John holds a degree in Business Management and brings deep experience in operations and home improvement. Allison is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker with a background in property management and real estate marketing. Together, they operate a fully licensed NC real estate firm and personally oversee each property to ensure it's guest-ready and well cared for. We love helping guests discover the beauty of the mountains- whether that means enjoying the peaceful views from your campsite, exploring the nearby trails and creeks, or just relaxing by the fire.
