The private bedroom features a queen bed, tall windows, nightstands, a closet for your belongings, and an exterior door leading to a covered porch with loungers — perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening mountain air.
In the living room, the couch pulls out into a full-size bed suitable for one adult or two smaller children.

Important Info:
⚠️ Driveway Notice: The driveway is steep, gravel, and has some curves. 4WD or AWD is recommended but not required. Motorcycles can make it up, but sports cars are not recommended. RVs, trailers, and boats cannot go up the driveway.
A Renter Agreement is required to book. The agreement will be sent to the guest at the time of booking.
A $300 security deposit will be held on the guest's credit card. The hold will take place 2 days prior to arrival and will be released within 5 days of departure, pending no damages.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
