With sleeping accommodations for up to six guests, Bear’s Den is the perfect retreat for families, couples, fishing trips, motorcycle riders, or anyone looking to enjoy the outdoors in a peaceful mountain setting.

The main living area features tall vaulted ceilings and an open layout that feels warm, spacious, and inviting. Large windows and outdoor access allow guests to fully enjoy the beautiful creekfront setting.

BEFORE YOU BOOK:
• A rental agreement is required at the time of booking. It will be sent immediately after you reserve and must be signed within 48 hours to avoid cancellation.
• A $300 security-deposit hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card 2 days before arrival and released within 5 days after departure, pending no damages.
• Both the rental agreement and the security-deposit hold will be completed through a secure link that begins with: https://orez.io. This link is sent automatically at the time of booking.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
